Studio apartment with balcony, front view, kitchen was ready when we checked-in...

the place provides great prices. the staff are welcoming, the hotel is modern and with beautiful location close to the nearest beach, town centre and the center of balatonfured. the rooms are fully renovated and large and they have cable television, a microwave, and a fridge. garden view from the window is pleasant. the atmosphere of the property is quiet.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. the stunning and excellent location was really close to Kisfaludy Beach. - the room I had was reasonably large with a balcony. - the staff was very helpful.

Excelent clear family room for a low price. Posibility to leave bikes near the entry. Big parking. Lovely playground for kids. I wish to have longer weekend to stay more than one night

Far from the beach, but beach itself is not cheap and entrance in water is not good

It was pretty close to the Balaton and the TESCO.

The beds were incomfortable and too little the room.

The Kosztolányi apartments were like a home away from home for me. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a modern kitchen where I could easily whip up a quick meal. I loved having cable TV to relax and unwind after a long day of work. The private bathroom was a nice touch, and the bath was perfect for a relaxing soak. The private balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding area, adding to the overall charm of the apartment.

Personally, I found the kitchenette in some apartments a bit small for my liking. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

Retro feeling. You feel yourself like a traveller in the time, in the past.

It is not so far from the city, but anyway the city is not too much big.

The staff is not really qualified. The ceiling were broken. The kitchen utensils were dirty.The towels were dirty.

I must say, the value for the money we paid at this apartment hotel was unbeatable. The room itself was surprisingly spacious and had a balcony, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great, being a short walk from the Balatonfured boulevard, and the staff treated us really well, providing us with helpful instructions and even assisting us with parking.

As for breakfast options, it would have been nice to have a wider variety to choose from.

The apartman was very clean.

The Receptionist was very unpleasant when we asked the right direction by phone. We missed lots of staff from the kitchen,for example not was enough cutlery,for example tea-spoon.

This is a family friendly hotel, very good location in Balatonfured. The staff is nice and helpful. The apartments are owned by different people, so they are all different, but they all seem to have the same basic things; four beds, tv, fridge, a little kitchen and a remodeled bathroom. Not sparkling clean, but acceptable. 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, which is very nice. Free wifi, but only around the "lobby".

I recently stayed at the Kosztolanyi Apartmanhaz in Balatonfured for a short trip and was pleasantly surprised. The price was low, but the room exceeded my expectations with a spacious layout, balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. The helpful receptionist went above and beyond, even helping us order pizza despite the language barrier. Don't expect luxury, but it's a great choice for a budget-friendly stay near the beach!

The apartments had 24 hour reception and also parking.

For a 4 person aparment, it was quite small.

The apartment was clean. There's a supermarket downstairs which is handy. Quiet area. Had a good sleep.

Apartment was not as large as described, picture of kitchen didnt match the real thing althouh I did ask if we would get the same kitchen and this was confirmed. We booked and paid for 4 room apartment but we received a small studio.

Close to the Beach - We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, being just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. The beach offered a great opportunity for relaxation and sunbathing.

Nothing bad to say. We couldn't find any negative aspects during our stay at the hotel.
